MISSION

The Municipal Government of San Fernando takes the responsibility in the promotion of people’s well-being through the attainment of its major sectoral goals which include:

Promotion of agricultural productivity and agro-industrial development to uplift the living conditions of the people;

Development of human resources to become self-reliant in order to enable them to actively participate in community development;

Construction, rehabilitation/maintenance of all infrastructure support facilities and utilities;

Promotion of optimum utilization of land and environmental management to achieve sustainable development;

Achieve of support, coordination and cooperation of all line agencies within the municipality including the NGOs, and POs

VISION

To envision San Fernando as healthy, God-fearing, self-reliant and agro-industrially progressive municipality, where its citizenry could live peacefully and harmoniously in a just and humane society through an empowered community and ecologically-balanced atmosphere.
